No. The GUIDE Program is 100% covered by Medicare. There is no cost to your organization or the referred patient, as long as they meet eligibility criteria (Traditional Medicare Parts A & B, dementia symptoms, and not enrolled in hospice, PACE, or residing in a nursing home).
