Well, first of all, Royal Care has been a long-lasting partner for Village Care. You guys have been doing an amazing job! And also it is patient focus and that’s one of the most important things just like Village Care and Royal Care as well.

What do you think about the Emerest Connect initiative?

It’s amazing! As you know, Village Care has been a partner with Emerest, and once Jack and Josh brought it up to us, we said “Yes, let’s go!”. And it’s patient-centered, that’s the most important thing.

How do you believe the establishment will contribute to the overall healthcare landscape in our community?
Interviewer
Well, when you think about there’s a lot of isolation in our community, especially, when it comes to patients being at home, you don’t want your grandmother, your grandfather being home lonely. And I think that the Emerest is a great program for them to be interactive with everyone.
