  Our compensation structure is competitive and varies based on factors such as experience, certifications, and the type of assignment. You will get paid weekly with direct deposit available.\n\nWe also offer opportunities for career growth, additional training, and performance-based bonuses.

  While prior experience as a caregiver is preferred, it is not always required. We provide training and orientation to all new caregivers to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide quality care.

• What types of services or tasks will I be expected to perform as a caregiver?

  As a caregiver, you’ll be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. The specific tasks may vary depending on the client’s needs and care plan.
